  All-rounder development

  Staying here since completion. The building still looks fresh and well-kept. Love having the pool, gym and plaza together. It’s practical for work and comfortable for home life.

  Worth the price tag

  Purchased one of the larger units for our family. Space is generous and layout works for multi-generational living. Security system is reassuring. Setia Alam’s amenities are within short driving distance.

  Easy living here

  Renting here with my wife and toddler has been smooth. Playground and community garden are nice for evenings. Setia City Mall and schools are nearby, so errands are simple. The unit layout is practical and bright.
