Investment appeal strong
As an investor I love GEOLake’s sale PSF average (~RM 1,084/psf) and rental yield potential (~6.1%) in recent data. But, I’m realistic: the leasehold tenure and the fact many units entered recently means the upside is more mid-term than immediate. My strategy: secure a unit with a high view, good finishing, and plan for 5-8 years hold. -

Excellent location & amenities
Our unit is in GEOLake mainly because of the integrated township feel—shops, university, hospital all nearby. The amenities list (fitness corner, yoga deck, infinity pool, urban farming garden) is legit. But being in a large, newer development (~420 units in one tower) means you’ll want a higher floor and good view—lower floors or facing internal service roads feel less special. -

Resort-style lakeside living in Sunway
We moved into GEOLake about 1½ years ago. The layout (ours ~1,200 sq ft, 3-bed) feels generous, and the lakeside landscaping plus resort-style pool give a great weekend vibe. Having the BRT / SunMed station within walking distance and Sunway Pyramid a short walk helps a lot. The trade-off: we’re still near a busy township junction, so traffic hum is noticeable sometimes and the service charge is higher than older condos. -
