Best connected condo on Jalan Kiara 5 – lifes
Moved to Sunway Mont from KL Sentral area and the quality of life has improved massively. The eco pond, gym, and multiple pool areas create a resort feel. Being in Mont Kiara means Bangsar, KLCC, and Damansara Heights are all about 10–15 minutes away. Kids go to Garden International School which is a 5-minute drive. Sunway Group's management reputation is well-earned here. Clean, safe, and beautifully designed. No regrets. -

Sky Terrace on Level 36 is a game changer for
The Observatory Lounge on Level 36 is jaw-dropping – views over Mont Kiara and KL city on a clear evening are priceless. Freehold title in this location adds to the long-term value. Sri Hartamas is your immediate neighbourhood for food and daily errands. Plaza Mont Kiara and 1Mont Kiara Mall provide shopping and entertainment. Security is multi-tiered and management is very professional. Highly recommend for expats and high-net-worth professionals. -

Freehold gem in Mont Kiara with a stunning in
Sunway Mont is one of the better condos in Mont Kiara. The 50-metre infinity pool on Level 7 is genuinely spectacular. Units are spacious, especially the dual-key options. Jalan Kiara 5 gives good access to SPRINT, Duta-Ulu Kelang, and Federal Highway. Garden International School and Mont Kiara International School are minutes away. Sri Hartamas commercial hub is right next door for restaurants, cafes, and banks. Well-managed. -
