The residential units in the apartment with a built-up size of 640 sq ft are housed in 2 blocks of 14 storeys each in the compound. The apartment is connected to city centres in Kuala Lumpur, Mont Kiara, and others through several open highways and public means of transportation. Residents also have the benefit of accessing shopping centres, banks, restaurants, schools and other amenities in the Suria Magna area.

Suria Magna is adjacent to some developments such as Casa Magna and Pelangi Magna in Kepong. The project which was initially built as a home for squatters who previously occupied the area has become one of the most affordable properties in the area with an average cost of RM 102 per sq ft. The home which is simply designed having two bathrooms and three bedrooms. Additional in-house facilities are provided by the developers to make living comfortable for residents. There is a playschool and playground for children, a community hall for meetings or gatherings, and a car park for residents to keep their private vehicles. In recent years, the management has planned to install CCTV camera inside the lifts and employ an on-site lift technician to ensure the smooth running of day to day activities in the apartment. There are also plans to hire two security guards for night security in the apartment.

Residents of Suria Magna are lucky to reside in a property which has easy access to city centres in Petaling Jaya, Kuala Lumpur, Mont Kiara, and Ampang. The transport convenience is because of nearby access roads which are just short distances from the condo.
Middle Ring Road 2 (MRR2), Jalan Kepong, and Selayang - Kepong Highway. Public transportation is very near Suria Magna apartment for residents who do not want to use private vehicles to commute. Kepong KTM is just one kilometre away from Suria Magna and has several bus services for residents to patronize.

Other benefits of residing in Suria Magna is the proximity to amenities for different purposes. The condo is just a 10-minute walk from Jusco Metro Prima and Carrefour for residents to do their grocery shopping conveniently. The list of amenities in the Suria Magna area also include banks, restaurant, school and hospitals. The hospitals in the area are just a short drive from the apartment; they are Hospital Selayang and Hospital Sungai Buloh. Suria Magna is a low-cost high-rise apartment in Metro Prima part of Kepong residential and commercial township. The apartment is just adjacent to Pelangi Magna, Plaza Prima, Plaza Metro Prima, Mutiara Magna, and Casa Magna. The property which was developed in the late nineties is situated on freehold land. Suria Magna has two blocks having 15 storeys each housing a total of 504 residential units. Each unit for residence has 640 sq ft size with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The launch price for these residential units in Suria Magna starts from RM 42, 000, and the subsale price is between RM 65,000 – RM80,000 which is at the rate of RM 102 - RM125 per sq ft. The cost of renting a unit in the same apartment is in the range of RM 450 to RM 500.

Suria Magna is a relatively old property completed in 1998. The project was completed by Magna Park Sdn Bhd a registered Malaysian developer with some completed projects around the country.
