  Student friendly and strategic

  Sharing with friends while studying at Monash University Malaysia. Spacious unit and safe environment. Shops and food are nearby. Facilities are a nice bonus.

  Spacious classic condo

  Older condo but very spacious for the price. Tennis and basketball courts are useful. Close to Setia Jaya KTM Komuter station for commuting.

  Worth it for the space

  As a single working professional, I enjoy the airy 4-bedroom layout. Gym and pool are decent. Easy access to Sunway University area for work. Good value for around RM500k.
