  Practical and spacious

  We chose this place mainly for the layout. Big living hall, proper dining area, and good ventilation. The kids use the badminton hall often. It may not be brand new, but it’s well maintained and feels solid.

  Bigger upgrade

  Moved from a smaller condo and love the extra space. Perfect for hosting family gatherings. Access to DUKE makes travelling around KL much easier.
