Templer Suasana is leasehold mixed development comprising residential and industrial component, within the Templer’s Park enclave in nearby Rawang, Selangor. Completed in 2007 by Kumpulan Hartanah Selangor Berhad.

Templer Suasana was launched more than 12 years ago. The launch price for the townhouse is between RM 99,000 to RM 150,000, the terrace house is between RM 180,000 to RM 280,000 whilst the bungalow houses was launched at RM 370,000. Current transacted price for the townhouses between June 2018 to May 2019 ranges between RM 138,000 to RM 350,000 whilst terrace houses is transacted during the same period between RM 430,000 to RM 450,000.
