  Good value for the price

  For the price point, I think Ten Kinrara offers good value. The views from the higher floors are amazing, especially facing the golf course. It feels like a balance between city living and having some peace at home.

  Quiet but well connected

  What I like most is that the area feels quieter than KL city, but it’s still connected to everything. Highways, LRT, malls, food, all within reach. It’s not too crowded since it’s low density, which is exactly what I was searching for.

  Easy daily living

  I like that Ten Kinrara is close to shops, schools, and even the LRT. The idea of being able to walk to Giant or grab food nearby is a big plus for me. The floor plans also look practical, not too big or too small.
