Vibrant township, beautiful residences
Spent a weekend at a friend's place in Amber Residence and loved every minute. The Twentyfive.7 township is so well-designed—everything is walkable, the streets are pretty and lively, and there are great cafes and restaurants nearby. The condo facilities are beautifully maintained. The unit itself was spacious and stylishly furnished. This is exactly what modern Malaysian township living should look like. Would move here in a heartbeat. -

25.7 township is a lifestyle destination
Living at Amber Residence within the Twentyfive.7 township is a genuinely different experience from typical condo living. The township has its own retail strips, F&B spots, parks, and community spaces—it feels like a mini-city within Kota Kemuning. The residential facilities are excellent and the management is professional. Residents here genuinely feel a sense of community. If you value township living with great planning and amenities, this delivers. -

Kota Kemuning lifestyle at its best
I moved into Amber Residence at Twentyfive.7 and the lifestyle upgrade has been massive. The township is beautifully planned—commercial streets, parks, excellent roads. The unit is spacious and modern with high-quality finishes. The development's facilities are top-tier and the overall Twentyfive.7 township vibe is vibrant without being overwhelming. KESAS access makes KL very reachable. For family living with genuine community and township character, this is a standout. -
