  Facilities are great for a healthy lifestyle

  The facilities provided at The connaught One look so interesting, especially the jogging track. Not many places have this and it's great because you won't have to go out of the condo for a run or a walk. It's also nice to have a separate lap pool for those who really want to swim laps.

  Good variety of layouts

  It's good that there are different layouts in The Connaught One, from one bedroom to four bedrooms. Caters to different people with different requirements I always find it easier to rent out smaller units, especially for single working people. It's so easy to get good food around Cheras, and I love the Taman Connaught pasar malam!

  Good investment for rental return

  The Connaught One is within walking distance to MRT station, which is always a good thing. And the smaller one-bedroom and two-bedroom units will be good for renting out. Really worth considering as an investment option to be rented out to people working in the city or to students, as they can just walk to the MRT.
