  For anyone considering a move to Kota Kinabalu, Bundusan is the neighbourhood to be in. The Garden Bundusan specifically offers excellent unit quality and a beautiful green setting. Proximity to Imago Shopping Mall, The Loft, and various KK F&B is a big plus. Mount Kinabalu is visible on clear days which never gets old. Airport connectivity is good. A genuinely wonderful place to call home in East Malaysia.

  KK's best hillside condo – greenery and seren

  Moved to The Garden Bundusan from Kuala Lumpur and the change of pace has been wonderful. Kota Kinabalu's natural environment is spectacular and Bundusan puts you right in the middle of it. The condo is well-designed for tropical living with good ventilation and green views. Imago Mall and Bundusan's commercial strip provide daily needs. Management is professional. Perfect for nature lovers who want city convenience.

  Beautiful hillside living in KK's prestigious

  The Garden Bundusan is a real gem in Kota Kinabalu. Bundusan is one of KK's most prestigious neighbourhoods and The Garden delivers a beautiful hillside residential experience. Surrounded by lush tropical greenery, the air quality is noticeably fresher. Imago Mall and various KK amenities are accessible. Kota Kinabalu International Airport is a reasonable drive. Great for KK expat families who want quality hillside living. Well-managed.
