Have been at The H2O for over a year and the standards are consistently high. Facilities are well-maintained and the grounds are always clean. Management responds quickly to any issues. The development is well-located with access to major roads and surrounding amenities. Units are comfortable and properly sized. Strong community feel among residents. Recommend for those seeking quality condo living at a reasonable price.

Management is one of the more active I've encountered, keeping everything in top shape. Location provides good access to shopping, dining, and roads. Units are practical and comfortable.
