Sea-facing apartments at their finest – a Pen
The Light Collection I remains one of Penang's most coveted addresses. The combination of sea views, quality construction, and The Light Waterfront retail scene is unmatched. Jaya Grocer, restaurants, and The Light ferry terminal are all on-site or immediately adjacent. Jelutong Expressway and the Coastal Highway keep you connected island-wide. Capital appreciation has been strong and rental demand is consistent. Best Penang investment I've made. -

Waterfront living on the Penang coast – The L
The Light Collection I set the benchmark for Penang waterfront living when it was completed in 2012 and it still holds up. The views of the Straits are genuinely breathtaking. The Light Linear retail mall provides daily conveniences. Jelutong Expressway gives fast access to Georgetown and the FTZ. Pool and gym facilities are maintained to the highest standard. Management has been consistently excellent. A proud Penang address. -

Penang's finest waterfront address – The Ligh
Bought into The Light Collection I when it first launched and it has exceeded expectations. The waterfront Gelugor location is genuinely special – views over the Straits on both sides of the island are beautiful. The Light Linear mall, Jaya Grocer, and various F&B outlets are all within the development. Jelutong Expressway makes Georgetown and Bayan Lepas accessible. A premium Penang address that has held its value exceptionally well. -
