Stunning sea views, impeccable management – L
Have been at Light Collection II for three years and the views never get old. The Straits of Malacca visible from both sides on clear days. The Light Waterfront ecosystem has matured beautifully – dining, retail, and a jetty for island trips. Jelutong Expressway makes the whole island accessible quickly. Management maintains every detail to the highest standard. Penang's most consistently prestigious waterfront address. -

The Light Collection II continues the quality and character of Phase I. Modern layouts, large windows for sea views, and premium finishes throughout. The Light Linear mall downstairs is a genuine lifestyle boost – Jaya Grocer, Starbucks, several good restaurants. Jelutong Expressway for Georgetown and Bayan Lepas. The community of residents across all Light phases is well-established and sociable. Penang living at its best. -

The Light II – sea views and a thriving water
The Light Collection II builds beautifully on the first phase. Located along Penang's Gelugor waterfront, the sea views from the apartments are stunning and consistent. The Light Linear retail village is directly accessible – Jaya Grocer, cafes, restaurants all within the development. Jelutong Expressway nearby. Management is excellent and maintains the standard across all Light phases. Completed 2014. Strong rental yield from expat tenants. -
