  Dual-key EduMetro condo

  For me, the main selling point is the accessibility and the surrounding amenities. Since it is in a mature USJ area, getting to shops, colleges, and main roads is quite convenient. If you want something modern and easier to rent out or stay in without needing too much space, this one is quite okay.

  EduMetro Cyberjaya – the smart choice for edu

  What I like about The New Duo is that it suits students, young working adults, or small families quite well. The unit sizes are not huge, but still decent compared to some newer compact projects. Overall it feels more like a practical lifestyle condo rather than a super luxury one.

  Smart SOHO-residential combo in EduMetro

  Honestly this place is quite practical if you want convenience. Downstairs got retail and the whole Edumetro concept makes it feel quite lively, so daily things are easier. The location in USJ 1 is also not bad if you need to move around Subang Jaya often.
