  Invested in The Oasis in 2012 and it continues to yield good rental returns. The green, resort-style environment attracts quality long-term tenants. Management is excellent. Facilities are well-maintained a decade after completion. Location provides good urban connectivity without being in the middle of congestion. Stable community of residents. Good capital appreciation history. Recommend for anyone seeking a quality investment or own-stay condo.

  Have been at The Oasis for years and the standards have never slipped. The landscaping and pool area genuinely live up to the oasis concept. Management committee organises regular activities and maintains the building impeccably. Good access to daily amenities and road connectivity. Well-established community of professional families. For anyone who values a calm, green residential environment with good management, The Oasis delivers.

  The Oasis Condominium completed in 2012 continues to provide excellent residential living. The name is apt – it genuinely feels like a calm oasis within its urban surroundings. Facilities are well-maintained and the management committee is one of the most active I've encountered. Units are well-sized. Good access to surrounding amenities and highway connectivity. The stable community of long-term residents adds to the quality of life.
