  Peaceful tropical living with premium facilit

  For me, this place gives a more laid-back and homely feel. It may not be a flashy new condo, but the surroundings look calmer and the space is better than many newer compact units. If you want something more affordable and comfortable around Lok Kawi / Kinarut side, this one is quite okay to consider.

  The Palm – quality 2017 condo with excellent

  What I like about The Palm is that it seems practical for small families. The layout is not too cramped, and the facilities are enough for everyday use, not just for show. Location-wise, it is more suitable for people who don’t mind staying a bit outside KK but still want reasonable access to airport side and the city.

  Tropical resort feel in a well-connected resi

  Honestly this condo feels quite comfortable for own stay, especially if you prefer somewhere less hectic. The unit sizes are decent, and the overall environment sounds more peaceful compared to some busier projects nearer town. I also like that nearby got basic shops and food options, so daily things are still quite convenient.

  Low Density & Peaceful

  Its really convenient place. There are so many amenities provided at surrounding area and it's quiet near. Highly recommended place to those who wanted to buy a new condominium.
