Modern sky-high living in Tripark – 2020 comp
The Sky at Tripark has had a strong start since handover in 2020. Quality is evident throughout – construction, fittings, and facilities all impressive. The Tripark township concept delivers on park integration and communal spaces. Good highway access for daily commuting. Management is professional and responsive. Upper-floor residents enjoy genuinely impressive views. The broader Tripark township continues to develop positively.. -

Tripark's flagship residential tower – qualit
For me, The Sky @ TriPark feels like the kind of project people choose because they want a newer condo in Bukit Mertajam side without going for something too niche or too luxurious. The freehold tenure is also a plus, and the overall package sounds quite solid if you are looking at long-term own stay. Unit types seem to cater more to practical urban living, so I think it works best for singles, couples, or smaller households rather than people looking for a very big family setup. Overall, it feels like a modern and convenient option, but still important to be realistic that this is more of a mid-sized city-living condo, not an exclusive quiet project. -

The Sky Tripark – elevated urban living in a
Honestly The Sky @ TriPark gives a better impression than many condos that try too hard to look fancy. From what I can see, the project feels more complete in terms of facilities, so it’s not just one small pool and gym then call it lifestyle living. The location in Alma is also one of the stronger points because nearby got plenty of daily conveniences, so own stay should be quite practical. I think it suits young couples, working adults, or even small families who want something newer but still in an area that is already quite livable. -
