Glad we made this decision
We were going back and forth for months before finally just going for it. No regrets honestly. The place feels like a proper home, not just a box in the sky. Kids have space to run around and the neighbours seem decent too. My wife likes that everything she needs is nearby, she never really has to go far. Nothing here has made us wish we had chosen somewhere else. -

Good value choice
Moved here with my husband and two kids and honestly we have no major complaints. The unit is quite spacious for the price. Having 2 car parks included is a big bonus. The pool and gym are decent and the kids love the playground area. Plenty of food options nearby which is the best. Definitely, a solid home for a young family without overstretching the budget. -

Comfortable and fairly well managed
I bought this unit as my first property and I think it was a good decision. The size is surprisingly roomy for the price, did not expect. The facilities are well put together for an affordable development, they have a pool, gym, BBQ area and the reflexology path is a nice touch. The surrounding area is mature, so everything you need day to day is close by, hawker food, clinics, the usual. My only note is that the main road can be busy at certain hours but that is just Penang generally. Happy with the purchase. -
