The Suritz, a leasehold land apartment located along Lorong Pic 5, Taman Kolombong, Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, is a property by the developer SCland groups. This was the second condominium project of this particular group in this area. This group also recently launched the Yijia luxury bungalow development and as at the time of construction of implementation of work, about 40 percent of the units had already been booked. This project which was expected to be completed by 2015 was completed in the year 2014 and was erected at a cost of 34 million. The units are corner units with 4 designs.
