  Lots of Facilities + Relaxed Condo Lifestyle

  The development comes with plenty of shared facilities: landscaped green zones, multiple amenities and a fairly modern condo-living vibe. From what I saw, it gives that balance between comfort and convenience without being overly flashy.

  Convenient Location — Shops & Essentials

  Location is one of the things I liked most: the condo sits in Setiawangsa, and AEON AU2 mall and Giant hypermarket are within walking/driving distance. For everyday errands or groceries, it’s very practical — no long trips needed.

  I checked out The Valley @ SkySierra — units range from about 800 sq ft up to ~1,318 sq ft, so whether you’re single, a couple or a small family there’s flexible sizing. The price feels competitive for a recently completed project, which makes this place a decent value buy.
