  Comfortable retirement life

  We moved in after retiring. Not too big, easy to clean, and the lifts are reliable. The lake view is calming and we like evening walks by the water. We’ve made a few friends in the garden too. It’s quiet, simple and suits our lifestyle.

  Location always wins

  I rent here because I work in PJ. Easy access to LDP and ELITE, plus plenty of shops downstairs. Saves me a lot of time every day. The condo itself is okay, but convenience is the biggest plus.

  The elevator often breaks down

  the button on the 11the floor has been broken for several months and has not been repaired.
