Tiara ParkHomes – 2013 gem still going strong
Over a decade since completion and Tiara ParkHomes remains one of the better residential addresses in its area. The park home concept with generous units and green surroundings continues to be a lifestyle differentiator. Management is consistent. Facilities are well-maintained for the age of the building. Highway connectivity for commuting is good. Community is stable and friendly. A proven, reliable residential investment with consistent rental demand. -

Park-home living done right – Tiara ParkHomes
Have been at Tiara ParkHomes since 2014 and the quality has never wavered. The park setting is beautifully maintained and the community is the most settled I've experienced in any development. Units are generous in size. Management committee is exemplary – proactive, transparent, and consistent. Good access to surrounding town amenities and highways. Strong community of long-term owner-occupiers. An address that will always hold its value. -
