Great short stay experience near KLCC
Stayed at Tiffani Kiara for a week on a business trip and the experience was excellent. The unit was beautifully furnished, spacious, and spotless. KLCC Park was a 5-minute walk and the view from our unit at night was stunning. The building concierge was helpful and the pool area was quiet and clean. A bit pricey for a short stay but the location and quality are unmatched. Would stay again. -

Worth every ringgit for KLCC living
Bought a unit here primarily for its Airbnb and rental potential given the prime KLCC address. Rental demand is consistently strong—both short-term and long-term tenants love the proximity to Pavilion, Suria KLCC, and the park. The brand i-Zen carries weight with discerning tenants. Yields are decent, and the freehold status is a big plus. Capital appreciation has been steady. Not the cheapest entry point, but for a premium city-centre hold, it delivers. -

Iconic KLCC address, premium living
I've been living at Tiffani Kiara for about two years now and honestly, the location alone justifies the price. You're right next to KLCC Park, and the twin towers are literally in your backyard. The unit is well-finished, big windows, beautiful city views, and the facilities—pool, gym, concierge—are top-notch. It's a serviced apartment so everything feels maintained to a high standard. Parking is easy, and security is very thorough. If you want the full KL luxury lifestyle, this is it. -
