Comfortable enough, a bit dated
Renting here for a few months while working in Puchong. The unit is functional—standard layout, adequate storage, nothing too exciting. Facilities are okay but show some age. The neighbourhood is convenient with lots of food nearby and getting to the highway is easy. Management is responsive when issues come up. For the rent I'm paying it's fair. Would work well for someone just starting out or on a tighter budget. -

Good investment for rental in Puchong
Bought a unit at Topaz Putra Prima a few years back for rental purposes. The tenant pool here is solid—lots of young professionals and small families working in Cyberjaya and Puchong. Rental is around RM1,200 to RM1,500 for a 2-bedroom which is decent yield for the purchase price. The area is mature with good amenities nearby. Not premium, but a stable mid-range investment that quietly delivers returns. -

Decent affordable condo in Puchong
I've been staying at Topaz in Taman Putra Prima for over a year now and for the price, it's good value. Units are a decent size, layout is practical, and the condo facilities—pool, gym, parking—are in reasonable condition. The area around Puchong Prima is convenient with plenty of food options and Giant nearby. ELITE highway access makes getting to Cyberjaya or Putrajaya quite fast. Nothing fancy, but a solid, affordable home for young working adults. -
