Good new condo, location is the main draw
A colleague invited me over to her unit at Topaz Residence and I came away fairly impressed. The lobby looks sharp and modern, units are nicely done with good finishes. The pool area is quite generous for the size of development. Location-wise, the highway connectivity is the big selling point—gets you around the Klang Valley pretty easily. Still a relatively new development so some teething issues, but management seems on top of things. Worth considering. -

Great for families, modern and secure
We chose Topaz Residence mainly for the security features and family-friendly environment. The unit is spacious enough for our family of four, and our kids love the pool area on weekends. The playground is decent and the building overall feels very safe—proper access card system, CCTV, regular patrol. Schools and amenities nearby are accessible. We're really pleased with our choice and feel settled and comfortable here. -

Solid newer condo, good facilities
I recently moved into Topaz Residence and overall I'm really happy with the decision. The unit is modern, well-finished, and the layout makes good use of space. Common areas are clean and well-maintained, and the pool and gym facilities are in great condition. The management team is proactive and responsive. Location is convenient with easy highway access. For a newer development, it strikes a good balance between quality and affordability. -
