The leasehold semi-D apartments are known from their categories that include Types A, A1, B, B1, C, and C1. Condo Villas are just Towers A units and B units, each consisting of 13 units per tower

For the Types A and A1 apartments, all of them are 3-storey with 4bdrms, five bathrooms, a powder room and two utility rooms. Types B and B1 are 3-storey too, although they both have 4bdrms, six bathrooms, a single powder room and two utility rooms. Types C and C1 are double-storey with 4bdrms, five bathrooms, a separate powder room and two utility rooms each. The two towers have two lifts in each block, and this explains why entire development sits on a large 8.51 acres.

Historical data of Trehaus

Work on this project ended in 2017, and right now, units are selling like hot cake. The indicated price was RM1,400,000 onwards, although the current rate is RM2,200,000 or even more!
