It’s phase‑3 of the Cheras Traders Square development. Place feels affordable but densely packed—like a modern public flat, akin to M Vertica. Surrounding commercial areas are growing strong, with shops popping up on former industrial lots. Location’s solid between KL and KLIA/Putrajaya. -

Rented a 3‑bed unit (773 sqft fully furnished) for RM2.6 k/mo. Comes with balcony, fans, lights—just hook up your Wi‑Fi and you’re set. Close to MRT Batu 11 and AEON, plus Columbia Hospital is nearby. Great for young pros or small families. -

Food and lifestyle on your doorstep
Just moved in and it’s such great value. Aeon Cheras Selatan is barely a 7‑minute walk away, and there’s a huge variety of food—mixed rice, Japanese, pubs, you name it. Facilities like the pool and gym are well‑maintained and clean. Ideal for first‑time homeowners. So far, no regrets! -

It's worth every penny spent
This condo hands down has the best food and lifestyle option within walking distance. Tried walking from unit to Aeon Cheras Selatan today, and it took less than 7 minutes. The surround food options are amazing, no matter mixed rice, pub, japanese, any genre you name it. The facilities are good too, very clean, well maintained (so far). Definitely a bargain for first time home owner or anyone considering to move here. You won't regret it. (I'm just a happy new home owner) -
