  Good investment potential

  I’m more interested from an investment angle. With Pavilion Bukit Jalil and the stadium area growing fast, demand should increase. Having the LRT only 400m away strengthens rental potential. Worth shortlisting.

  Feels like a holiday home

  The facilities caught my eye more than anything such as the waterfall jacuzzi, glamping forest and aqua gym. It feels like you’re buying into a resort. We may not use every facility, but it’s nice to know the lifestyle is there.

  Great location for families

  We visited the gallery last week and were impressed. Schools, malls, and hospitals all nearby, plus the LRT within walking distance makes life so much easier. The kids loved the rainforest-inspired facilities, especially the Nature Playscape. Looks like a safe and convenient choice for families.
