  Convenient for daily travel

  I work in the city, so the direct link to Segambut KTM really caught my eye. No need to stress about traffic every day. Price also looks manageable.

  Nice mix of heritage and modern

  Went to the gallery and liked how they combine colonial look with modern lifestyle. The entrance feels classy. Location is practical with the KTM nearby. Registered my interest.

  Good price for KL

  I’ve checked out the plans and the pricing is pretty fair for a KL freehold project. The train station access is a huge plus. I think it’s going to be a good long-term buy.
