Decent condo, practical and well-kept
A friend stays here and I've visited a few times. The development is clean and well-maintained, common areas are tidy, pool is in good condition. The unit is practical with a sensible layout. Nothing overly flashy but everything functions well. Good security and parking. Location is suburban but accessible. It's the kind of development where you notice how well it's managed compared to others at a similar price point. -

Good value family condo
We've been at Twin Residences since it completed and it's been a great family home. Spacious unit, secure compound, decent pool the kids enjoy. The management has been consistent and responsive. Neighbours are friendly and there's a real community feel. Highway access is good for commuting. The area has grown with more food options and conveniences coming in. For families wanting a comfortable suburban home without paying KL premium prices, this is a solid choice. -

Twin Residences — comfortable suburban home
I've been at Twin Residences for a year and it's a comfortable, well-managed development. The twin tower design gives good density while keeping the facilities spacious. Units are practical in layout with decent sized rooms. The pool and gym are well-maintained and management is reliable. The area has enough daily amenities within a short drive and highway connectivity is solid. For a mid-range suburban condo it punches above its weight in terms of management quality. -
