  Luxurious and Sustainable Living at UNIO Resi

  I am amazed by the attention to detail at UNIO Residence. The provision of charging stations for hybrid electrical cars at the Level 6 car park is a testament to the developers' commitment to sustainability. It's incredibly convenient to have power points for plug-in hybrid cars available at every level of the car park as well. The energy-saving LED lighting throughout the residential units and common areas is a fantastic addition. The facilities provided, including the outdoor gym, jacuzzi, basketball and badminton court, hot dipped pod, sky lounge, barbeque area, wading pool and lap pool, surau, launderette, jogging track, multipurpose hall, and meeting room, cater to residents' diverse needs. I couldn't be happier with my decision to live here.

  Luxurious Living at UNIO Residence

  It is a joy to buy a unit in UNIO Residence. The prime location, right on the main road, made it incredibly convenient to access banks, restaurants, and different types of shops. The added bonus of being in close proximity to the LRT station made commuting a breeze. The breathtaking view of the KL centre was the icing on the cake. I would definitely recommend UNIO Residence to anyone in search of a clean, convenient, and luxurious living experience.

  A Luxurious Stay with Abundant Facilities and

  UNIO Residence truly exceeded my expectations with its abundant and posh facilities. The 60m-long infinity pool was a perfect spot to unwind, and the outdoor fitness gym allowed me to stay active during my stay. The BBQ & Teppanyaki corner was a great addition for hosting gatherings. The nearby Kepong LRT and MRT stations provided excellent connectivity to popular places like Publika, KLCC, and 1 Utama Shopping Centre. I also appreciated the availability of taxis and buses for convenient public transportation.
