  Great PJ condo for students and young pros

  My niece is studying in PJ and stays at Univ 360. The location is superb—multiple universities are accessible and LRT is nearby for commuting. The unit is modern and well-kept. There's a lively food scene around the area and daily necessities are easily accessible. Security is solid which is important as a parent. Facilities are reasonable for the price point. A very practical and well-located student-friendly development.
