  Serene hillside condo, very impressed

  Visited a friend at Venice Hill and immediately fell in love with the setting. The drive up through the hill is scenic and the condo sits beautifully amongst mature trees. The pool area overlooks the hillside—stunning view. The air is noticeably cooler and fresher up here. Units are spacious and well-maintained. If you can handle the slightly longer commute, living here would feel like a daily retreat. Absolutely lovely.

  Beautiful setting, ideal family home

  We moved to Venice Hill as a family wanting more greenery and space. The hillside setting is genuinely beautiful—lush surrounding forest, cool breezes, and a very peaceful neighbourhood atmosphere. Our unit is spacious and the views from the balcony are lovely. Facilities are well-maintained. It's not the most convenient for daily errands but we've adapted. For families who prioritise nature and tranquility over urban convenience, Venice Hill is hard to beat.

  Peaceful hillside escape near KL

  I chose Venice Hill because of the elevated hillside location and the lush greenery surrounding it. Every morning there's literally mist over the hills and the air feels cleaner. The condo is well-maintained with a nice pool and good facilities. It's a bit off the beaten path but the drive to KL city isn't too bad. Security is solid and the community is quiet and established. For anyone wanting peace without sacrificing city access, Venice Hill is a hidden gem.

  owner perspective

  too good of a deal to miss. stayed since 7 years ago i live in the top floor. so far the building looks old but u are inside, and outside view is spectacular to speak mildly. will soon move to superlink house and rent it out but would never ever sell it. in fact looking for another great deal to rent out.

  too good of a deal to miss. stayed since 7 years ago i live in the top floor. so far the building looks old but u are inside, and outside view is spectacular to speak mildly. will soon move to superlink house and rent it out but would never ever sell it. in fact looking for another great deal to rent out.
