  Peaceful retirement spot

  We downsized and chose Verdi for the greenery and security. Morning strolls around the lake gardens nearby are refreshing. Facilities are not overly crowded, and neighbours are generally respectful.

  Worthy investment

  Rented here before deciding to buy. Rental demand is solid because of nearby offices and university. Facilities are well maintained and management is responsive. Good value considering it’s freehold and surrounded by greenery.

  Green and smart living

  Moved in 3 years ago and still loving it. The greenery and central garden make it feel peaceful, not like a typical high-rise. The smart community features are practical, especially parcel alerts and security access. Easy drive to Putrajaya and KL too.
