Solid Medini pick in Iskandar Puteri
Visited Versis Medini while on a Johor trip. The development is modern and well-presented. Location within Medini is well-planned—wide roads, good infrastructure, and LEGOLAND next door is a fun bonus. Unit quality and finishes are above average for the price bracket. The Medini area is still maturing so some amenities are a drive away, but the long-term fundamentals look strong. Interesting option for JB-area buyers. -

Great for families near LEGOLAND
We purchased in Versis Medini partly because of the family-friendly Medini environment and proximity to LEGOLAND. Our kids are obsessed with having LEGOLAND so close. The unit is modern and spacious, the development facilities are solid, and the overall Medini area is clean and well-planned. The Iskandar Economic Zone infrastructure has improved a lot. It's not without growing pains but as a family-friendly lifestyle destination, Medini is genuinely improving. -

Iskandar Puteri's rising star
I bought a unit at Versis Medini as part of my Iskandar Puteri property strategy and I'm very satisfied with the decision. The Medini location within the Iskandar Economic Zone gives real long-term upside. The development is modern with quality finishes and a comprehensive facilities package. LEGOLAND is literally next door which makes it an interesting Airbnb play too. For believers in Iskandar's potential, Versis Medini is a well-positioned bet. -
