Well maintained condo with an excellent locat
The condo is a bargain in view of its location, amenities, and the professional maintenance (ie Henry butcher) of the building. It is a stone throws away from the Intermark with walkways to the Ampang LRT station. Despited the building being a numbers old, any units below RM800/sq ft should be considered given the much higher 1.2k/sq ft plus of the condos new door. The complex has amenities such as the a squash court, gym, pool and even sauna! Ample parking and a number of the residents are expats. -
