Strategic location
Living in Vivo Residence 2 years time, let me point out the pros and cons of the overall experience. Pros: 1.Strategic location, near Mid Valley city in the centre point of the KL/Selangor area easy access to anywhere. 2. Easy to get groceries and food, there are KK mart 7 eleven and cafes at the ground floor shop can get basic groceries and stuff easily. 3. Pet friendly environment, there’s a big park behind the residence along the river side and a lot of interesting people there doing their activities definitely a good place for a chill walk or a chill talk with friends and family. Cons: 1. There is only 1 emergency/lift (bomba lift) that go to residential car park, visitor car park and the cleaner use to bring the trash out. Imagine that, so it’s quite a hassle and annoying to wait! -

Amazing Condo
This is a condo where one can find the serenity and peaceful living in the midst of the bustling landscape of Kuala Lumpur. A Great View, Friendly Neighborhood, and Food
I absolutely loved the great view and the friendly neighbourhood of VIVO Residential Suites @ 9 Seputeh. However, I must admit that the houses were a bit smaller than what I had expected. On the bright side, the added security feature of not having a common lift to access the parking and ground floor was a plus point for me. Although it required using the Bomba lift, it gave me peace of mind. And let's not forget the food paradise that is Old Klang Road which is near to this place. So much of delicious food to explore! -

Living Near these areas: A Game-Changer for M
Living near to Mid Valley, Bangsar South, KL Sentral, and Bangsar has been a game-changer for my career. The abundance of job opportunities in these areas has allowed me to find exciting and fulfilling work, without having to endure long commutes. I couldn't be happier with my decision to live here! As a former student at University Malaya, I can't help but wish I could have stayed in the vicinity during my time there. The convenience of being close to the university would have made my student life so much easier. For any future students considering the area, I highly recommend VIVO Residential Suites @ 9 Seputeh! -
