  Affordable with a steady developer

  I never thought I’d one day be able to buy into an EcoWorld project. Ceria is affordable compared to most places now, and the freehold part gave me confidence.

  The kids totally love it

  Been eyeing places in Batu Kawan for a while and Ceria stood out. The layout makes sense, not cramped, and it’s great to have IKEA and shops just a short drive away. My kids are already talking about weekend swims, can’t wait for the place to be ready.

  Wide open spaces with lots of facilities

  My wife fell in love with the linear garden. I was sold when I saw the clubhouse gym and actual parking space (not all cramped up like some places). The price? Surprisingly fair for what you’re getting. Only downside? Gotta wait till 2026.

  Large garden for lots of relaxation

  Honestly, I was looking for a quiet, secure place outside the city rush, and Wellington Garden ticks most of my boxes. It’s low density, has a gated guard system, and the 15ft backlane garden is a really nice touch. Also love that there's a jogging track and lake as it makes evening walks something to look forward to.

  Best in price, size and clubhouse!

  I just booked a unit here last month. For the price and size, it's a great deal—plus the clubhouse and green spaces are a big bonus for my kids. Can’t wait for it to be completed!

  Lovely Community!

  The houses in Wellington Garden seem comfortable, looking both modernyet retro. The gardens in the backlane would be awesome for so many social fun like hosting barbecues, pool parties or just planting all sorts of plants.

  Really great value for its price

  Affordable and with so many types of layout to choose from. Really value for money and the gardens is the most attractive part of the project.

  Sizeable, modern with easy access to transpor

  Can't wait to move into my new home in Wellington Garden! Looking forward to all the facilities. The peaceful neighborhoods and proximity to public transport make it ideal for the whole family.
