Convenient for my business
I run a small travel services business and this retail office size suits me. The foot traffic is decent and easy access by public transport. Good value for KL freehold.

Good location, fair price
I checked out Wisma New Asia and liked that it’s right in the city. For the price, owning a retail lot in KL centre feels worth it. It’s small, but location is key.
