The listed price for Wisteria starts at RM 936,800 with the price per sq ft set RM 300+. Considering the amenities offered as well as the perks of a gated community, the price is quite reasonable for a rather spacious property. The maintenance fee in the meantime is set at RM 0.15 per sq ft.
