Bandar Perda is located in Seberang Perai, Penang. It is a planned residential and lifestyle oriented estate, so much so that “Perda” actually stands for Penang Regional Development Authority. The area is also designed to be “pedestrian friendly” as this tie in with their “Garden City” concept. So residents can enjoy strolls or choose walking as an option for getting around. Another way to do so is by its very own future monorail. Currently though, the area provides Rapid Penang Service.
