Subang is considered an affluent neighbourhood. Hence, there are not many low-cost apartments such as Daisy Apartment and Bandar Pinggiran Subang in the area. The middle to high income groups would opt for medium-cost and luxury serviced apartments and condominiums in the area such as Saujana Villa, Bunga Raya Condominium, Amaya Saujana and Subang Ville Aman, among others. Most of these serviced apartments and condominiums were being developed starting from late 1990s. Average selling price of these residential properties is around RM500 psf.
