Fernn is a senior real estate negotiator attached to Ruma Realty focusing on commercial real estate. She has eight years of experience in expatriate home search (rental and purchase) during which she has assisted clients from many countries including UK, Hong Kong, India, Japan, Singapore and Australia to find their ideal properties. She is fluent in English, Bahasa Melayu, Mandarin, Cantonese and Hokkien.
Prior to joining the real estate industry, Fernn was a Financial Risk Manager with more than 8 years experience in multiple large corporations including IBM, Securities Commission, PwC Malaysia and SAS Institute. Her venture into the real estate industry stems from her passion in property investments. During the course of studies and work, Fernn has lived in Sydney, London and Delhi. Being a property investor with international living experience, she can easily put herself in her client’s position when they engage her to buy, sell or rent a property.
