Jackson is an ICAEW Chartered Accountant with 6 years of working experience at OCBC Bank & Ambank prior to joining Real Estate Industry in Malaysia and he is currently a registered Real Estate Negotiator (REN 35251) with IQI Realty Sdn. Bhd.
He started his property journey in 2017 when he bought his first investment property from the secondary market and that was where he realized that he could leverage on his financial and market analysis skills to purchase property.
Since then, by leveraging his skill set & experience on credit analysis such as profile screening, confirmation of bank value of the property as well as the process of legal documentation from the bank, he has successfully helped more than 87 home buyers to purchase their dream home.
He also speaks fluent English, Mandarin, Malay, Hokkien and Cantonese.
