Currently serving as Executive Director with Property Marshal Group Global Alliances (PMG) and Senior Negotiator (Real Estate) at EUM Realty Sdn Bhd. Leading several teams in the real estate industry in Malaysia. In PMG, managing seven core teams servicing the mortgage loan advisory, SME loan advisory, private funders consultation, real estate insurance advisory, trust advisory, construction with CIDB G7 consultation, MM2H (Malaysia My Second Home) consultation and consultation in leading foreign investors / private funders into Malaysia. A Senior Negotiator (Real Estate) with EUM Realty Sdn Bhd, servicing clients in buying, selling, leasing, renting properties across all segments including but not limited to land, industrial, commercial and residential. With vast experience from Public Accountancy with established Chartered Accountant Firms in his early years, Johnny also currently assisting organization in buying and selling businesses / companies that require professional Due Diligence Review and / or Business Valuation. A passion to learn more, Johnny also learning playing guitar during his leisure time. His morning time usually starts with a good Tai Chi exercises amid his role as a qualified Tai Chi Coach in the private sector as well as in the government school. Growing up in kampung from Melaka, Johnny also well known as Johari Jantan (Johari) since his childhood.
