Hi, I’m Markus Leong, a Real Estate Negotiator with PropNex Realty. I mainly serve clients with properties in TTDI, Bangsar, Bukit Damansara and the surrounding neighbourhoods, whether they are buying or selling.
Before moving into real estate, I worked as a lawyer. That experience taught me the importance of giving clear advice, paying attention to the details and looking after my clients’ interests. I also understand that property decisions can feel complicated, so I make an effort to explain things plainly and keep the process as straightforward as possible.
My connection to TTDI is also personal. I was born and raised here, and it remains the place I call home today. I know the neighbourhood not just from a property perspective, but as someone who has grown up with its community and understands what makes it such a special place to live.
