My expertise is in residential sales and lettings, with some experience in the commercial sector.I have worked within the Primary market for tier 1 developers in Malaysia, and on the secondary market for private individuals and corporations. Additionally, I have done specialist advisory work for a private equity firm involving commercial properties in the Klang Valley. This work involved reviewing the refurbishment works, securing high yielding tenancies and subsequently building in an exit strategy.I have provided consultative input with a view to maximising yields and retention of tenants. I have extensive years of experience in Tenancy Management with a tenant retention rate exceeding 8 years.While my principal geographical field is Kuala Lumpur, I have successfully completed transactions in Johor, Seremban and Penang.
