From being a Senior Negotiator, to an Established Team Leader, I have guided and developed many Real Estate Negotiators (REN). In addition, I have completed my Diploma in Real Estate by taking the BOVAEP Part 1 and 2 examination and have a straight passed 2 years in a row. I am currently doing my 2nd year of Test of Professional Competence (TPC), which is a requirement before obtaining Real Estate Agent (REA) license.
