BSG Property

BSG Property is the property development division of Boon Siew Group (BSG), which was founded by the late Tan Sri Dato' Loh Boon Siew. The holding company of BSG, Oriental Holdings Berhad (OHB) is public-listed on the Main Board of Bursa Saham Malaysia Securities Berhad since 1964. BSG has been in property business and development since the 1950s, hence carrying many decades of experiences in property development. Today, BSG Property holds a large land bank in BSG’s very own home, Penang, a location that is filled with its very own testimonial of success. We have a wide span of experience in property development ranging from quality affordable homes, commercial buildings, recreational facilities, to high-rise condominiums, and township development.
